If someone comes out, doesn’t diagnose an issue and tells you that you need to call someone else first before they can even check anything- is it normal for them to charge you?
I was under the impression that someone comes to give an estimate; not a fee for coming out
Also, I did try to ask if they can do something simple to check the system and they said it wasn’t possible- we ended up doing it ourselves and fixing it without anyone’s help
