Toss still frozen brussels sprouts with 2 tbsp each olive oil and maple syrup, fresh garlic and coarse salt. Roast on a flat cookie sheet uncovered at 450 for 30 min, shaking pan halfway through.

Here's my go to recipe. Sorry I don't use measurements.
Mix Balsamic vinegar, maple syrup and 2 cloves of minced/crushed garlic.
Cut Brussels sprouts in half, put in a gallon bag with the sauce and shake.
Spread the sprouts (cut side up if you have patience) on a sheet pan, salt it generously and roast.
It's delicious!
