Ajax, baking soda, Or vinegar and soap.
I first fill it up and let it sit with the soap/Ajax etc.
While sitting in water I try to tackle any stubborn stains.
Drain, and scrub the rest.
Ajax with Bleach works best for me

If you wash it regularly you don’t need much more than all purpose cleaner and water.

Soft scrub and a steelwool spongy things. And I wipe it off with boiling water straight out of the hose.

I make a paste with dish soap, baking soda, and vinegar. I scrub it with a machine washable sponge, let it sit for a few minutes, then rinse off with hot water
