Insurance is required to have a provider in their network who accepts patients and is reasonably close.
Call up your insurance company and have them provide you with a doctor who accepts their plan

If you're really desperate you can try Shriners's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. They accept all insurances. They are top notch but far.

They probably think you're asking about straight medicaid. Tell them you have united healthcare community plan.

I went there with United healthcare but it was a few years ago.

Does Seaview accept it? They have walk-in urgent care in their Ocean office now.
Pediatric Orthopedics will probably not be able to see your child for several days unless you have imaging showing a fracture.
