Has anyone ever had their makeup done by a non Jew female for a family wedding at a much cheaper price than a frum makeup artist? Like going to Macy to makeup counter and having them do makeup? Any suggestions close to Lakewood? Looking to pay lower price than 75 or 80 or 100 for a brother’s wedding. TIA!

Sure, why not? Family members have done that for our siblings' weddings. Not in Lakewood though so no recommendations, sorry.

Makeup counters in the mall have an expectation that you’ll buy some of the products used during the makeover. If you use a certain brand that could work since you’d have to buy products anyways. But I find that while they can apply makeup beautifully they don’t have the same expectations that the makeup should last as long as the frum makeup artists so if you use them and that’s important to you, spray yourself with setting spray at the end.

If you have your makeup done at a makeup counter, make sure you don’t make a chillul Hashem. The person cannot feel you are manipulating the system or using
/taking advantage of the MUA

Yes understood. Did anyone ever have makeup done at the Salon Professional Academy in Howell? I see they charge 35 for makeup. Do they do a good job? TIA.
