I am looking for a movie could be about twenty minutes long for tisha bav. It is for a womans gathering to get everyone into the mood of tisha bav, it needs to be in hebrew since it is for israelis.

I have found something! http://dreamingofmoshiach.blogspot.com You would need to scroll down till you get to the video clips on the right hand side. It is called Last Cry. I had to download it to see it in full screen. This is what they might be showing but first it has to be approved. It is only for 16 minutes since the rest is music.
For all those who don't understand hebrew, you don't really have to understand it it is manely pictures.
