Yes-- I heard a podcast with a woman named Yocheved Davidowitz, and she mentioned that she does this. I don't have her contact info, search in your podcast app to see if you can find hers, and contact her. Or contact CCHF, and ask if they have her contact info--- I think she said in the interview that she has worked with them in the past.
The one from CCHF is sefer shmiras halashon, I believe. It's not 2 halachos a day, it's mussar about not speaking lashon hara-- I get a phone call every day with a limud from shmiras halashon daily, but it's not halacha.
