I just bought pantihose- berkshire brand- they fit nicely (b''h) but every time I walk- I hear a swish swish. Is that because my thighs are rubbing together? Is there anything to do about it?
Is it only some brands that do this?

I know the sound you are talking about- it is the material of the control top. If you get pantyhose that is softer material- you wont make swishing noises.

are they shiny support hose ... maybe go for regular hose and a cotton girdle so the swoosh disappears ...

I have the same thing. It's the thighs rubbing with the addition of the pantyhose material being rough. If you bought the Berkshire ultra sheer, they are a very stiff material, no lycra in them so they rub. It's not the control top part.
