Mix 2 lbs farmers cheese with 2 eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tbsp vanilla. Fill flaky squares and bake till ready.

I made similar. I put it onto a small flaky square. Pinched all 4 corners together and baked it seam side down in a muffin pan. I then drizzled dairy melted chocolate on top. It took minutes to put together and looks festive!

Question:
If you baked them seam side down in the muffin tin, didnt the square spread as it baked, and how did the cheese filling not ooze out all over the place?
