I don't do raw eggs but I do happen to have two containers of parve whip (Jewish/pesachdik version of Richs Whip). I saw a recipe that also wanted parve creamer and pudding mix but I don't have those. I have plenty of all basic ingredients but the only specialty ingredient I have is the parve whip. I do have strawberry or raspberry jello too, I think? But I think I'll make that as plain jello and do something non-fruity with the whip. I just don't know what.
Ideas please!

Do you have pasteurized liquid egg whites?

Whip the whip and add 2 containers instant vanilla pudding delicious sandwiched between lady fingers or on sponge cake. If you want strawberry cream add box of jello mix instead.

Maybe I'll do the strawberry jello idea. I don't have pudding or confectioner's sugar. I have chocolate chips, does that count as chocolate? Because I'm more interested in chocolate than strawberry flavor since I have fresh fruits on the menu already.

Powdered sugar and vanilla pudding are for stabilizing the whip. Rich’s in particular will collapse quickly without something like that, but I’ve never tested the pesachdik versions. You can use this recipe for a more dense chocolate mouse:

You can freeze it as well and get a chocolate ice cream type thing.

I shook my carton of pesachdik whip before opening it and it was basically whipped without beaters! I think it's less liquidy than non pesachdik (or it was the brand, I had Haddar)
