I make my all year round recipe
2 whipped cream cheese
1 pound farmer cheese
Small sour cream
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
Optional 2 tb potato starch dissolved in 1/2 cup milk
Bake 350 for hour.
It’s the best cheesecake recipe ever and always a hit!
You can also crumble up cookies and toast with butter for a crust

Somebody suggested these on ima and they came out heaven!!! I made them as muffins, they tasted almost chometz (as muffins it needed about half hour to bake)
I had some extra cheese mixture so did some plain and they were also great.
