My DH makes these and they are literally the BEST. Also bonus- super easy and no separating eggs or using margarine.

I just made these. No clue if they’re good but I like chantzyw’s recipes. And they’re no marg and no separating eggs

I use Almond flour, no potato starch. The cookies literally taste like regular cookies. I do the recipe from peas n love carrots. She has it on her feed.

I like that the recipe does not call for nuts or nut flour!

I made the chantzy recipe today, it was good but not amazing. To be fair I don’t think it’s possible to have a truly amazing chocolate chip cookie recipe without nuts or matzo meal and I can’t use either so this is probably the best it can be.

3 cups Almond flour

1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 eggs

Mix well with gloved hands. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Cool cookies before removing from pan.

She said she can't use nuts- assume there are nut allergies, like so mamy of us. I posted a thread the other day asking for chocolate chip cookie recipes with no gluten or nuts, and got literally zero replies. I do find that recipes with pudding are better. I wonder what would happen if I subbed out some potato starch for tapioca, as someone mentioned a few days ago.

Has anyone tried the KBD Pesach chocolate chip bars and made it with oil instead of margarine? Her brownie and crumb cake recipes are amazing so I'm thinking the chocolate chip bars would be good too

Last year someone linked an amazing cookie recipe that uses vanilla pudding mix but I don’t think it’s the same one listed above. Any leads?
