Hi everyone, my daughter aged 16 has her first ever (camp) interview very soon she has never had an interview ever before. Can anyone tell me what a camp interview is like? and what kind of questions she will get? so I can kinda prep her for it. It will be via zoom..

I have never heard of a camp interview for a camper.
Is this to be a camper or counselor?
Daycamp or sleep away?
If this is for counselor I can tell you what happened in Lakewood day camps.
In sleepaway, no interview. They took prior campers.

Yes this is an interview for my daughter as a camper for a travelling summercamp

During staff interviews they're trying to gauge her personality, tznius, experience with children and how responsible she is (they might ask her scenerio and what she'd do).
Tell her to just relax and be herself.

At my son's they asked why he wanted to come to that camp, does he have friends going, who is his Rebbe etc.
They just try to get a general understanding as the type of child. Smile, be polite, nice to meet you, thank yous etc.
