Here is the ingredient list:
6 T. butter, divided
4 T. flour
1 large onion, chopped
2 lbs broccoli, or 2 pounds carrots (peeled), or 2 pounds butternut squash flesh, cut into pieces
1 1/2 quarts vegetable stock or bouillon
1 cup half-and-half
