I have a question to MOM22 (or anyone who can help with her apple crisp recipe). I can't seem to find a measurement for water for the filling. Anyone, please?

You're in luck! I wrote down that recipe last year, too. It was a big hit!
Anyway, it's 1/2 cup water. Enjoy! You're not cooking for Pesach yet, are you?

This tastes like all year round:
Apple Crisp / crumble
4 C. potato starch
2 eggs
1 ½ C. sugar
1 C. oil
Pinch of salt
2 tsp. vanilla sugar (optional)
4 tsp. baking powder (optional)
Mix until crumbly. Do not over mix!
Filling:
8-10 apples (peeled and sliced)
¾ C. sugar
1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
2 T. lemon juice
½ C. water
Place ¾ of crumbs on the bottom of two 9” round pans. Divide filling between both pans. Sprinkle the rest of crumbs on top. Bake for 1 hour at 350º.
Also makes one 9x13
