Doesnt that defeat the purpose of buying riced butternut though?
Looking for something unique to the fact that is riced but thanks so much!

Sauté it with finely diced vegetables for a "rice " dish.

Do you have a toddler or two?
I just made this for mine!
1/2 cup cooked butternut squash (use the rice)
1 Cup flour
Optional Parmesan (I used vegan cuz of allergies)
Mush into a dough. Form into a puffy rectangle and cut small squares. (Optional sprinkle extra parm on top).
Bake the bites on 400 for 20ish min
Edit- nvm! I see you specifically wanted rice! See what ra_mom posted

Sauté with cinnamon and a hint of salt. (add brown sugar to taste if needed)
