What if I have a monkey and a monster and monitor and they all want to take a bath together but my toddler needs to attend a wedding (she can't cancel because she's driving her friends since she's the one with the most driving experience - taught her when she was an infant) so she can't listen to them bathe through the phone.
What's the solution?

InnerMe, where are you in all this?
I understand that your toddler has to go to the wedding, but why can't you do bath time?

The toddler can multitask and watch the monkey and the monster on the monitor while driving. What's the problem?

no you don't get it, the monitor also needs to take a bath.

Get over it, your baby is 3 days old already, time to take care of your toddlers, lest there be lingering trauma.

So put it in the bath and use another monitor for the toddler to watch.

but I don't have another monitor.
Also, I don't want my toddler being ticketed. I can't afford it.

no but as soon as my kimpeturing is over I need to teach my newborn how to drive and cook dinners. How else do you think my toddler is so advanced? Lots of hard work and sweat, I kid you not.

Your toddler doesn't have independent income for things like tickets and extra monitors?

No, I help them look for work for when they reach their 4th birthday. She's just 2.5 so still has a way to go. But she is in college, of course.

Please please please don't let them in the bathtub themselves, too dangerous. Bathe them tmrw or get a teenager to help you.
Or maybe let your toddler listen in from home phone, only with air pods, cuz she's driving. In any emergency case she'll yell in, put down the phone, lemme call the neighbor to check up on you guys.

This is what happens when we allow females to drive. You should never have allowed it, for tznius reasons. Now everyone wants to take baths together r"l.
You know what they say about mixed dancing.

Dancing in the bath?
They might slip.
Do you know how dangerous that is?
I’m surprised at you.

It is a big dilemma. How fast can you get an appointment with your shrink? Pity your newborn doesn’t have license yet. Because that would be win win.
