cm, you can google anything...
I acutally searched a few recipe sites and all the recipes called for dairy, which I don't want.
If anyone wants to respond with a recipe I'd appreciate it:)

You do it the same way but with soy milk, instead of regular milk.
Right now I don't have the recipe, but in KBD for kids they have a great brocoli coliflour soup.
Basically saute shallot, onion and garlic with some margarine, then add broth ,brocoli and cloiflour , one small russet potato and let it cook till soft, than you use your immersion blender and then add 1/2 to 1 cup of soy milk. It's delicious!
If you need the real recipe let me know, I will look for you.

Soymilk does work very well as a substitute for regular milk! I have used it many times in dairy recipes that I wanted to make pareve and the results are great!

When I want to make a fleishig creamy soup, I use pareve soup mix or real chicken soup for some flavoring, and I put some flour or corn starch in it to thicken it. You need to mix the corn starch with a bit of COLD liquid to dilute it, and then pour it into the pot. Keep on flame, while mixing until it thickens.
For more details, PM me. don't have time right now.
