By mistake we bought a few heads of purple cabbage instead of a few heads of green cabbage that I needed for Gefilte Kraut. I always freeze the cabbage (helps get rid of bugs), so the person who bought it put the heads of purple cabbage straight in the freezer. So now I have a few heads of frozen purple cabbage instead of frozen green cabbage. ;-)

What can I make w frozen purple cabbage?

Saute it sliced fine with fried red onions and thinly sliced pieces of kale, add toasted sesame oil, salt, and sesame seeds.
