anyone have a recipe for corn salad with a mayo dressing?

Yes, it's frozen corn steamed briefly. Then you add chopped red bell pepper, sour pickles, red onion (optional), a little Hellman's light mayo, dried dill from Pereg, a little sour pickle juice and that's it! It's delicious!

I dice red pepper and pickles and then I put in mayo a sprinkle of salt and garlic powder
Eta I use canned niblets corn from green giant

I like to add spicy salsa, and mayo or parve sour cream (or half mayo, half sour cream). It's so easy and yummy! Garnish with sliced green onions and chopped black olives, if you want to get fancy.

I have a bulk recipe but u can get the idea.
1 commercial can of corn, drained
1 family sized container of sour pickles, diced.
Assorted colored peppers, diced.
1 regular sized jar of mayo
Plenty of salt. And pepper to taste
Plenty of garlic powder ( more garlic than salt and pepper)
Mix well and enjoy.

I just do can of corn, dice 2/3 different colored peppers into it.
Dollop of mayo, salt and black pepper.
So simple, easy, quick and tasty.

fresh corn on the cob, cut off. Red pepper. Pickles.
Dressing:
Mayo
Mustard
Sugar
Salt
Garlic powder
Lemon Juice
Black pepper if you like

1 heaping tbls mayo
less than 1/4 c sugar
1 capful vinegar
salt, pepper, onion, garlic to taste
I put a can of corn red onion and pickles. YUM!!

I make a corn salad that consists of 1 can corn, red, orange pepper, red onion, 1 pickle and cilanatro. spoonful of mayo, salt and garlic powder
