(Bell) pepper slaw
found online

10 oz bag slaw mix, angel hair preferred
5 peppers, sliced, assorted colors if possible
cup halved grape tomatoes; I used a plum tomato
1/3 cup each olive oil and white wine vinegar (I used less oil and regular white vinegar)
1 T sugar
1 tsp Kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp each dried basil and dried oregano; I just used Italian spice

Mix and let sit overnight if possible.
