No recipe needed. Saute some fresh minced garlic in olive oil. Roast some red/green/charif peppers and peel. Place a ton of tomatoes in with the sauteed garlic. Slice/chop the peppers and add to the mix. Boil down until you like the consistancy. Add salt to taste. Zehu, there is nothing more to it. Make a ton and freeze in portions.

I make this madbucha every week. Its simple and easy!
Sautee jalapeno, garlic (Fresh) until cooked. add a large can of diced tomatoes. I sometimes add a few fresh ones if I need to use any up. add salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder.
I keep on low heat for 3 hours and add a spoonful of sugar during the last 10 min.
Yum!
