Pareve, please! The ones on allrecipes all seem to be dairy. Someone made me a delicious salad with a creamy garlic dressing and when I called her for the recipe she said that she just makes them up on the spot and can't remember.

2 Tbspns Mayo
2 Tbspns vinegar
1 Tbspn sugar
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder to taste.
That's a recipe from a friend which goes with a sweet lettuce salad (lettuce, mango, caremalised pecans, craisins, red onion).

Here's another one:
Creamy Garlic Salad Dressing
3 frozen garlic cubes
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup water
¼ cup lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
This one doesn't use vinegar so it can be used for RH if you avoid vinegar then. It is important to use the frozen cubes rather than fresh garlic if you want it to last more than a couple of days.

I use this very often..
2 frozen garlic cubes
1/2-1 cup mayo
splash of vinegar to thin it
salt, pepper and MORE garlic powder
