I eat meat - but I sometimes feel bad and disgusted too. I think I'm a vegerarian at heart.

Huh? You mean why did I become veg? My husband was so I joined him. I thought it would be too difficult to make two dinners everynight, one meat and one non meat.

my cousin had a completely vegetarian wedding cause her h was - anyway I need the protein so it's not really gonna happen but sometimes I just get disgusted. Good for you. If I do it for real - I'll ask thanks.

I have never counted but I think I get enough protein. We eat tofu, beans, and other meat substitutes. The grains, barley and the like are good protein, too. I eat a lot of soups, split pea, red lentil. I think the soups help keep up the proteins, and iron.

Because you ate animals? Sympathy for animals is not Jewishreason enough to give up meat.
