does anyone have a recipe to breaded baked or fried gefilte fish? I never ate or made it.. just wanted to do a twist on the traditional gefilte fish for RH. can it be served cold? does it get soggy? how far in advance can I make it? what do you serve it with... chrein? mayo? any special sauce?
TIA!!!

I have taken frozen gefilte fish loaves, dipped them in egg, then matzoh meal and fried them. Served fresh they were delicious. I have no idea how they would be reheated or served after refrigeration.
Optional toppings: chrain, salsa, ketchup/mayo....
