does anyone know how to make lafa bread?
or know where on the web I can find one?

lafa is the same as pita, in one of the restuarants in NY they make lafas so everyone can see. It bakes on the wall of a burning hot oven it sticks to the wall and when its done it comes loose. Im sure thier is more conventianal way of making it at home, dont know how though
