Ohhh, hahaha. I know what you mean. we have the same issue. But, if you catch her in middle of the screen for a second, depress the button halfway. That will lock the focus. Then wherever she moves on the screen, she will be in focus. (unless she moves much closer to or farther away from the camera.)

YES. She takes off ALL her clothes. The only thing she cant take off is pajamas that are backwards. She even tries to undress the baby!

the funny thing is that the hat is my husband's. but yes, it is my style. perhaps I'll wear it on purim. though I doubt my little girl will let it stay on my head for more than a split second...
