I need about 9 hours of sleep a night, but there are rarely times that I get that. It's usually like 7-8 hours, survive the week and catch up on Shabbas (in the winter at night and in the summer in the afternoon). Whenever I complain that I'm tired, my mother says that she couldn't sleep because of kids, and now that she could sleep (because kids are older), she can't sleep because of middle-age catching up on her. So I'm pretty much doomed to always be tired???

my daughter is constantly asking to get more and more treats to give out to friends. like after a big test or something like that. She said everyone is doing it but where do I draw the line?
