Can't remember how to introduce solids...

Bring Solids directly opposite Guest. If Guest is older or of higher social status, introduce Solids to Guest, thus: "Guest, I would like you to meet Solids; Solids, this is Guest." If Solids is older or of higher social status, introduce Guest to Solids, thus: "Solids, please meet Guest; Guest, this is Solids."

Add a brief comment, such as "You two don't know it, but you have something in common: you're both experts on infant nutrition," and then go off and find two other people to introduce.
