This is a solid idea. Anyone happen to have a link to a good picture? Free or paid, but on the low end if paid.

FJJ, Flatbush Jewish Journal newspaper, prints Rav Pam and his wife's picture every year on her yortzeit. Maybe ask them?

There is a portrait of Rebbetzen Sarah Herzog near the entrance of Herzog Hospital. She is dressed tzanuah and many find it inspiring that her efforts, hard work and caring built an institution where so many have been helped.
NOT suggesting you post her portrait but just pointing out that Woman Gedolim pictures are not untzanuah if done right.

I have an idea that might help you.
Before Pesach, I purchased a book, published by Feldheim, called Toras Imecha. Geared primarily toward a teen/young adult audience, it contains 22 chapters, each on a different tzaddekes of the current generation. Among them are Rebbetzin Vichna Kaplan, Rebbetzin Shoshana Soleveichik, Rebbetzin Sara Ita Katz of Cleveland.
In addition to a short biographical sketch and a couple of pages of stories, the author (I don't remember her name, I think she is a teacher or principal in Oregon)commissioned an artist to paint a portrait of each one. And the portraits are beautiful. Of course, I don't know what the rules are regarding making copies of the photos...

The Rebbe encouraged their pictures to be hung in people's homes.

Do you have a source for this? This is the opposite of how it is generally portrayed.

Yes, the historian Naomi Seidman has stated this in a couple of podcasts, basing it on Sarah Schnirer's own writings. I believe she was able to read her private journal in full, which is currently claimed as property of the Polish government which has only given permission for excerpts to be reprinted/quoted. And in the excerpts that I read, she mentioned twice feeling that she was unable to marry the type of husband she wanted because she wasn't attractive and wealthy enough. You can listen to her podcasts and read her book if you want to dig in deeper to both Sarah Schnirer and the unvarnished history of the Bais Yaakov movement..there's nothing unsavory and no skeletons being hidden, but a lot of the way Sarah Schnirer and the start of BY has traditionally been portrayed/described is a bit mythological and definitely white washed.

Are we meant to read her personal journal and extrapolate from it our own conclusions. 🤔

Sara Schenirer broke an engagement because iirc he wasn't religious enough. That's not about beauty. She definitely was religious enough. The second husband was a rabbi so that's what she wanted. Why is it polish property??

What’s Naomi Seidman’s angle? Everyone has an angle.

Off topic, but I'm noticing on this thread how people are posting without reading.
OP specifically mentions Rebbetzin Kaplan and Rebbetzin Jungreis as possible candidates, yet two posters later suggest them. Also, she specifically says she doesn't want paintings, yet some others suggest she do just that...

You have to decide if you take shomre mitzvot only and whether drawings or traditional but maybe unreal representations are ok or only certain that it's really them.

I'd appreciate a quote Smile
