I make salmon in different ways.
Honey mustard, with pom/mango/pineapple, crunchy onions, striped colors with different toppings, in a flaky bowl filled with spinach, surrounded by salad. Kosher.com has a pom/ honey one.
Which meats are best?

I think it's difficult to say from one country to the next.
Perhaps some countries name the cuts of meat different than another country.
eg. in Eretz Yisrael the types of meats go by numbers.
We found that no.8 is soft to chew but I don't know which cut it is.
I also like no.9 which is Flanken but it has a lot of shmaltz.
Personally, I also like Tongue and Lamb Chops.

Fish - usually one type per Seudah.
Main dish - at least one fleishig and one vegetarian. Sometimes another fleishig (say, meat as well as chicken).
What do you wish you had done differently?

There are some important points that I wish I'd known when I got married. I wasn't taught them.
I made sure, be'H, that my married children knew these points before they got married.
Beginning of Shanah Rishonah and further on during the 1st year is such an important time to start off married life properly.
I don't dwell and 'eat myself up' on what I didn't know. I take it that Hashem Didn't want me to know certain things, otherwise I'd have learned them.
Do you find it difficult or easy to apologize to people?

I don’t have a problem to apologize when I believe I did something wrong. When told to apologize because someone else believes I did something wrong, I probably wouldn’t. I don’t go around asking everyone erev Yom Kippur if they’re moichel me. I think it’s silly and insincere. If I know I hurt someone I’d apologize whenever, not necessarily this time of year.

Shabbos in middle even though it involves more work, but long Chol HaMo'eds one has to find ways to occupy one's children without "leaving a hole in one's pocket."

I cook before each Yom Tov and Shabbat. I like to take it one at a time, so the food is fresh and I don't get overwhelmed.
Do you prefer listening to podcasts or reading books?
