My son had the letter E last year. I bought candy that looked like egg omelets (white with yellow centers). If you live in Brooklyn they sell it at pomogranate. If not maybe you can find an egg shaped candy like white jelly beans.

neverbored, are you in BP? Go to candyland and go through their loose candy.
You can probably find the "esrog" slices that Shaklee mentioned, loose, and pick out the yellow ones.
Or the lemon shaped candies from the assorted fruit. (Another "esrog".)
Might even find egg gummies.

And btw, greenfire is right! Golden Flow has two version of tortilla chips. One of them is called enchiladas. Comes in an orangy/gold package. So easy! Available in any supermarket/grocery.
