Jewish ones in Brooklyn that I can think of:
Sephardic Bikur Cholim
Tikvah at Ohel
ODA
Pesach Tikvah
Jewish Board
Interborough - Jewish owned but not primarily serving the Jewish community.

Some of these have a few locations.

There are many other clinics but these are the more Jewish ones I’m familiar with. I know ODA, Pesach Tikvah, and Tikvah at Ohel have good reputations in the frum community (not to say the others don’t, I just know less about them). You can look up OMH (Office of Mental Health) clinics on the NYS website for a full list.

I paid nearly 300 a session for someone highly recommended by relief resources and she was so bad for me. After doing this for a few sessions, I did my own research for the specific thing I needed and found a therapist on my own. Not frum and much less per hour, but I have grown so much with her help.
I find the frum therapists that keep getting recommended by relief and similar organizations charge tons of money because they get so many referrals and are inundated with potential clients.

As some one who is middle class and can use therapy let me tell you a large part of problem is how help is inaccessible. I love when people say "Prioritize. With what money? Its like telling some one on a feeding tube just eat already. If you don't have you just dont have. Instead I feel like a burden one specific friend. The chessed she does JUST by listening and calling to check in with the struggle I have is a lifesaver. The rest of my " help" comes from whatever I can find online. This is the reality.

I gave the name of the website. Irenelyon.com

She has free resources and 2 courses. One is called the 21 day tune up and the other is called Smart Body Smart Mind. It's based on Somatic Experiencing, Somatic touch work, Feldenkrais and Polyvagal theory.

Rena Reiser does some of those things too and she had some free content like her podcast, and also group and individual stuff. (I was happy with her)

She doesn't have a course does she?

The reason I posted this info is because OP is looking to get the biggest bang for her buck and in my opinion Irene's course does just that. I don't think anybody has done what she has, not even in the secular world.

In the Frum world Irene's SBSM course would be $7,000 at least. At $2,000 you get content and support as long as this course runs and the content forever. I have been doing this course for 2 years and I still have not finished watching all of it because there is just so much there.

That said free resources like podcasts can be great.

There are tons frum therapists on headway.com and helloalma.com that take insurance. Put in your location and insurance information and filter by Jewish (or look at last names and pictures Smile
Another option is okclarity.com - it's only Jewish therapists but not as many insurance options
