Sure it's normal. I have a few long hairs on my nipples. I do not have PCOS or a hormonal imbalance. I'm quite hairy but it's still within the norm of society. I do not have thick hair on my stomach, back or arms for reference. I do have a lot of hair on my legs and underarms. Some thin light hair on my arms. The only hair I remove is from my upper and lower lip which is a lot of thick hair and th few stray hairs I have on my nose and chin. I sometimes pluck out the hairs from my nipples if I'm in the mood. I also wax my eyebrows from time to time, but they are mostly good girls now that don't need much maintenance since I waxed them bi weekly from elementary school until my mid twenties.
If you're blond you may not realize all the places you have hair.

Hormonal imbalances are due to man-made issues like industrialism and western lifestyle.
There are many things you can do to try and balance your hormones.

You'd be surprised at how much standard endo testing can miss.

This is like asking why are some people fat and some people skinny? Why am I so short and other people are so tall?
This is how you were created.

I once bought a few books but was overwhelmed
I used to bloat at the end of the month
And often dont ovulate
I refined my diet but didn't feel better
And suddenly got more facial hair
Do you know what causes these changes?

Type in "is it normal to have hair on your nipples."
You'll see it is perfectly normal.
"Most people have some degree of hair around their nipples, although the amount and thickness can vary depending on genetics and hormones"
"In most cases, nipple hair is not a sign of any underlying medical condition."
"Hair on nipples in females is not unusual. While seeing black, wiry hair growing around your areolas can be surprising, know that you’re not alone. In most cases, hairy nipples aren’t a cause for concern.
Nearly the entire human body is covered in hair and hair follicles. Some of this body hair may be thin and transparent, and some, like leg hair, may turn thicker and darker with age.
Sometimes, long or coarse hair pops up in places you didn’t expect, like your ears, chin, and even your nipples.
Developing hair on the nipples can be a typical part of bodily changes."
So, sometimes it is a symptom of hormonal/endocrine issues, but it usually is not. It's normal.

Sounds like excess androgens which is usually caused by insulin resistance, leaky gut/inflammation, and sometimes hidden thyroid disorders. Aka PCOS.
There are integrative or functional practitioners who can help you sort this out.

Because we're mammals and mammals have hair. We feel the need to pay to remove it because society tells us that women are supposed to be hairless? Why did Hashem create us with fingernails? Eyebrows? We would pay to remove those too, if they were against the beauty standard.

Not all boys have wet dreams. Statistically girls used to get married much younger |
And not all men have beards...
Therefore?

Excess estrogen can cause bloating because it causes you to hold on to more water.
But there can be many causes for bloating and I can't really guess. You'd need to do in depth functional testing to find out.

I don’t know why.
I have pcos. I have excess dark hair on my side burns, mustash, stomach, and worst is chin. I shave every other day and tweeze at least once a day. All day I pick at it, pulling whatever I missed. It feels like multiplying invaders and as hard as I work the more that come. I wish I had money for years of electrolysis but I just don’t. I have had times in my life where I was extremely healthy, and balanced my hormones successfully according to bloodwork but guess what, it didn’t affect my hair at all. I have constant acne and inflamed follicles on my chin bc I have to choose that or hair.
Some reasons I can give, but who knows what hashem intended:
I have to learn I am more than my looks.
I have to get comfortable with not having money for a necessity.
I have to get comfortable with imperfection.
I have to get confident that friends like me for things deeper inside me.
I have to feel confident in my Femininity beyond my exterior.

Ew. Ew. Ew. |
it also doesnt sound accurate.
Hair grows as a protection down there. why would that not be necessary back then? They had even less ability to fight disease.
