Agreed that health is not about 1 good or 1 bad food but how much each food makes up of the overall diet. Quanitity matters but this discussion isnt about healthy or unhealthy food. The unhealthy part is the mindset. |
regular cereal is unhealthy it's sweet carbs. dessert. not good for anyone. you are better off with eggs or yogurt.

It's not like anyone needs cereals. Eggs for everyone, individual oatmeal packets, toast and avocado, cottage cheese...
