Yes, I only post if I have something add to the discussion and will refrain if my opinion has already been said 50 times so I think I'm an asset by not cluttering up threads with mindless posts just agreeing with others.

You're an asset because you always post factual, informative, and thoughtful posts without attacking or shaming anyone who disagrees. You make your case while not disrespecting another viewpoint. While I may disagree with some of your views, I always enjoy reading your posts.

I'm a teacher and like go weigh in and be a voice of reason here.
No, we don't expect RH gift, chanukah gelt, purim gifts and whatever other gifts and money times you can think of.
I also will weigh in, if I have experience in the area, about educational questions.
