City mini GT is most sturdy double between that, the valco and mountain buggy. Mountain buggy is slightly better push but I find the fabric gets messy, doesn't hold up well.
Valco looks really nice but you are going to kill yourself trying to push that many kids in it.
I personally use the valco with a kid sit standard buggy board (this cool new thing with the steering wheel is almost $200!!!)
It's ok but definitely s workout! My kids are 1,2 and 3.5 and I have it for about 5 yrs
I agree that if it's a short walk, sitting shouldn't be an option, but I also see how it might be easier to have most kids buckled up instead of running around.
Would it work to let the bigger kids use their scooters?

I push my donkey with 3 kids, I tried my friends valco with three kids, even tho you would think it would be lighter, it was so much heavier.
the suspension on the donkey is good its much easier to push.
I also like that the dinkey buggy board can either be fr sitting or standing. and I'v had a kid sit and stand

I have the valco and I love it! I wear my baby in a carrier and push the other two.
