Rent out shopping carts. But out airtags on them.
Find every way to subsidize since this is the type of thing that people don't like to pay for.

Central would be about 50’th street
But Eichlers is at corner 50’th and they graciously allow their bathroom to be used.
(But I would say even 45-51’st central)
