There’s actually no rule that you need to be paid while you pump- they can require it be unpaid breaks- they just can’t be the ones to cut your hours because of it

Yes. That means if you’re working while you pump (ie on an online meeting or doing paperwork you would normally be paid for) they have to pay you. But if you’re not working, you don’t have to be paid
