Can I do a segula to lose weight? It affects me emotionally and mentally and I just want to be able to effectively lose weight but not sure a segula is the right thing...???

I'm so happy to see this thread because I have a miracle story to share.

My father was in a coma (he didn't wake up from surgery) and top neurologists declared him brain damaged.

It was such a hard pill to swallow. We were devastated. He litterly went in for a minor surgery , and now he’s not waking up. We were prepared for the worst. (Uch, as I'm writing this I'm remembering how painful it was!!)

Someone introduced this Segula to my family, and we all did it with 100% Kavana and Betachon.

Guess what? Against all odds, MY FATHER WOKE UP!!!!!

Nothing in this graphic about tzedaka. I never heard anything about giving tzedaka after each perek. But you certainly have nothing to lose with giving tzedaka...

I want to public ally thank hashem ! Hashem you are so good to me . Thank you hashem for sending me this segulah to try ! Tyh the tests came back ok! Hashem I was so worried and you watched over me . Thank you hashem and ty for posting about this segulah
