Usually, the FIRST thing I do, after Havdala, is RUN to the shower!!!!!!!!!!!!
and then I get into my P.J's :-)

We used to go out (DH and I) every Motza"sh, before we had kids.
But, these days I'm just too tired.........

Sometimes I'll make Corn-Bread, Pop-Corn, Chocolate-Pudding-Cake, or French-Toast.

And, we usually watch something together. 8)

We try to make a melava malka on a regular basis...usually it ends up happening 2-3 x / month. We dim the lights, light candles, put on niggunim as background music and read a Baal Shem Tov story. Usually we wash and eat Shabbos leftovers, but all this talk of lasagne sounds really good! Maybe we'll start that! If I'm organized enough maybe I'll try to prepare it before Shabbos so all I have to do is stick it in the oven as I clean up from Shabbos.

Btw, for those asking for a good recipe...I love the spinach/cheese lasagne in Kosher By Design. It always comes out well and stays together. It a big hit...we make it a few times a month.

Basically the same as doublelucky.
Sometimes we bring pizza to our friend's apartment, and watch DVDs. I usually fall asleep and miss the entire movie.

Chocolate Pudding Cake is one of my favorite desserts.
It's REALLY easy to make, and is relatively LOW-FAT.
It can be made Parve or Milchig.
and is served with whipped-cream, or Ice-Cream.

IY"H, I'll post the recipe right after Pesach, as the recipe is in my recipe-box which is put away......

Have a Great Shabbos-Chol-HaMoed!

OK Girls, I finally got my Recipe-Box out and looked for my long-lost friend:

It's called:
Chocolate Brownie Pudding Cake

1 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Sugar
6 Tbs. Cocoa Powder
1.5 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Milk (or water)
2 Tbs. Oil
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Nuts (opt.)
2/3 Cup Sugar
1.5 Cups Boiling Water

1) Stir together: Flour, 1/2 Cup of Sugar, 2 Tbs. Cocoa & Baking Powder.

2) Add: Milk (or water), Oil & Vanilla. Stir until smooth. Stir in Nuts.

3) Transfer batter to a Casserole Dish.

4) Combine 2/3 Cup Sugar & remaining Cocoa Powder.

5) Gradually stir in boiling water.

6) Pour evenly over batter.

7) Bake in a 350* Oven, for about 30 minutes.

Serve Warm!
I suggest serving with Vanilla Ice-Cream or Whipped-Cream.

(Variation: Mocha Brownie Pudding Cake: Prepare as above, Except add: 2 tsp. Instant Coffee with the boiling water.)

Enjoy!!!!
(Let me know if you try it, and how it came out...)

OMG!

I found a recipe for pudding cake in the William Sonoma cookbook on Saturday (I use the cookbook as a coffee table book, but have never made any of the recipes), and was just remarking to DH that I used to make pudding cake all the time, but the recipe in WS is SO complicated, and I'd like to find another recipe that's a little easier.

Thanks SOOOOO much for posting this recipe!!! I've really been craving this cake lately, it's delicious!
