Potato Knish (courtesy of my sis):
Boil 8 red potatoes for an hour, then peel. (it's easy to take off the peel after they're boiled)
Mash the potatoes w/:
1 stick marg.
4 eggs
2 onions, fried
1 Tbl. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. flour (I usually do less, and sometimes have left it out completely)
You can brush the top of it w/ beaten egg, but I never do.
Put in greased 9 x 13 and bake at 350' for over an hour (can't remember exactly, but it should be golden brown on top).
I usually cut off some of it, wrap it in foil, and stick it inside cholent pot right b4 shabbos to have on shabbos day.

you can begin with making and braiding your challah and then put it in the freezer, fish would stay nicely in the fridge until friday, some of your dips that won't go bad is a good idea if you want to start earlier like eggplant, chumas, techina, potatoe salad etc., soup is also good to make earilier this way the flavors get blended in nicely and the soup gets more flavor, make your cakes or whatever desserts that you want to make.
good luck.

It cuts like a kugel.
You can also prep chicken - clean and prepare sauce/marinade on Wed.
I also prep my chicken soup wed. night- cup up all the veggies, put them in pot of water and then thurs. I throw in the chicken and turn on the stove.
I make matzo balls and dessert on wed. if you have any veggies you need to cut up for other recipes, you may be able to do that on wed., too.
