'simcha4' are you a Brit living elsewhere, or are you simply a night owl? Feel free to ignore my question if you find me nosy

It's fine. I am a Brit living elsewhere since my marriage, b"H.
But I also suffer from insomnia, so instead of tossing and turning in bed and counting sheep ... I find ima/games a lifesaver.

...and I'm in England but am a night owl par excellence with terrible bedtime habits (evidently)
Insomnia is so frustrating, I've suffered from it terribly in the past. Bh its been ok lately. But I do sympathise and understand how this can be a lifesaver.

thanks for your sympathy. I appreciate your understanding.
I'm so glad that you're rid of it. Sincerely.
Got any ideas how to cure insomnia?
If I may ask, if you b'H healed from insomnia so why a night owl now? Only answer if you feel comfortable.
On the bright side: insomnia comes in use when I have to do an all-nighter for my job.

So, I'm a night owl by design, not by choice. In the morning I'm tired and groggy and my brain is not clear. I wake up at night...the world is a brighter place for me at night. not easy cos I have young kids who need to get to school on time.
Would love love to give you tips, but I don't consider myself 'healed'. I've had insomnia in pregnancies and when I was going difficult times... None of the conventional 'tips' worked for me then, I'm just grateful I can sleep at the moment. and I wish the same for you.
...and back to the game:
