Yes. I'm a 2 and their 2s don't fit me. They might be equal to a 00.

Ann Taylor has 00 but the size is not even that small. H&M may times runs small, depending on the item. I have the most luck with European designers, their items run much closer to size. And lastly, there's always the option of alterations...

OP try Diane Von Furstenberg or Theory and I would be very surpirsed if their 00's fit they are so tiny it's literally for a ten year old girl. Saks, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales all sell these companies and once you buy them you will see the difference in quality that you will never be able to go back to the Gap. You can go July and August and December and January time and get these things for literally 70 percent off. In Ann Taylor I have to take in the 00's and in Theory sometimes I can even wear a 2. Theory has an outlet in Woodbury and also near Lakewood by exit 100.

hi wow sounds like u got alot of good stores already!
ill 2nd banana republic and benneton
gaps 00's run prett big
also for nice things u can try the fancy boutique type stores in brooklyn like miris (I dont know where u r tho...)
and the petite depts in department stores like bllomies saks and nordstroms or even not petite dept
g'luck let me know where u find things im on a hunt too!

yes going to the higher quality stores and paying more $$ gets you better fitted in the smaller sizes ... dd can't find anything to fit her cause she's so small ... I on the other hand have the opposite problem ...

Before you waste time pounding the pavement, try looking at these same store's websites. You will save yourself a lot of time. My daughters range in size from 0-2 to 4-6. They buy skirts to fit their hips and have to take in almost any skirt they buy at the waist.
