How long did it take to lose baby weight, what did you do?

My baby is 9months old now and I have a minimum of 14lb that I want to lose.

Doing weight watchers and have lost well so far but now that I'm cutting down so much nursing (she eats a lot of solids) I'm finding it really tough to shift any weight.

OH the joys of motherhood! BH
