I make a soft cake in a cookie sheet (so it's not too high), like a sponge cake. cut circles and layer in glass dessert cups with whipped cream that was whipped with a little instant vanilla pudding mix, and chopped fresh strawberries. Cake, cream, strawberries, cake, cream, strawberries.
Alternatively you can mix a little strawberry jello into the whip for pink cream. |
