More likely something like a cluster fly - drain flies are fuzzy, fruit flies have red eyes, phorid flies have a hump.

Amazon has a drain fly cleaning solution every 2 weeks until gone

Bleach the pipes in between

All the pipes not just kitchen bathrooms, everything

They’ll come up to the surface and then you pour the solution again instructions are online
