Both. I wear nightgowns because that's how I grew up. When not niddah I sometimes wear pj's but not in front of the kids. Dh loves it like crazy when I wear pj's.

Haven't been niddah in probably a year, and had 2 back to back pregnancies before that. So not much niddah time since marriage. (5 yrs). I assumed this question was for when not in niddah.

When niddah, I wear nightgowns.

Nightgown when nidda. Otherwise nothing. I'm most comfy like that. There is a lock on my room door and yes I sometimes need to put on my nightgown multiple times a night to deal with the kids bh.

You can sleep naked when niddah. Just remove whatever you were wearing before bed while you're under your covers. No big deal. I do it all the time. The week before my period I feel hotter than normal so I often sleep with nothing. Otherwise a soft nightshirt because I sleep without underwear and need it the area to breathe lol and leggings or pj pants would be problematic. Nightgowns are too long and bunch up around the leg area.

Pj's for me. As in tshirt and leggings. I also didn't like my thighs touching each other. No nightgowns for me, as an above poster said, I hate when they ride up under the covers

I can’t stand the feeling of not wearing anything, I feel like a bug will crawl up and go inside me lol

But shouldn't your bed be a clean place? Say you sat outside on the grass? Or at the doctor's office waiting room.... I wouldn't want to bring that stuff into my bed!
