This. As long as you have your weekly amount you're good. That's why doc says it's best to double up the next day if a dose is missed.
OP, your other option is to take it with water 30 minutes before you start eating today (you mentioned you're breaking your fast soon).

Don’t double without asking your doctor
My doctor told me it works per day, never heard by the week.

I don’t have a heter to break fast. Will have to ask when I feel dehydrated I guess. I’ll just take two tomorrow.

I’m also nervous as I’m fasting after a miscarriage. I am bH now 12 weeks pregnant. But still nervous. Rabbi said to fast and if I feel sick go break it. I am going to try as long as I can. Already have a headache. I also take Synthroid, my endocrinologist said she obv rather me take it but if I don’t to take 2 tom and it’s fine
