Bump. How do I find a realtor?
I'm looking for small 3 bedroom either rental or house. Single mom don't need most central for shuls etc.

Here is the online version of a local publication. If you look through here, you'll see at least 2 realtor ads. Hopefully that helps!
Hatzlacha! Let us know if you have any other questions!

Some realtor names you can look up
Shevy Rosendorf, Rae (Raizel) Zweig, Dena Firestone, Debbie Finkelstein, Rephael Szendro, Aliza Wein, Mr Bondar

There are tons of shuls, so almost any house will be central to a shul.

Are you only looking at rentals? Are you open to apartments, townhomes, and single family houses, or do you prefer one of those specifically?

Google rentals in zip codes 21215, 21209, and 21208 and then look at specific addresses in those zip codes inside the eruv. If you're not sure how frum a given block/address is, you can use this public property search tool to search a given address and look at the names of those who live on the street - you'll be able to tell quickly if there's a large frum presence on a given block or not:

https://sdat.dat.maryland.gov/......aspx

Here's a couple example of rentals in frum areas (these go quickly!):

I wouldn’t recommend TA neighborhood unless you know there are kids there that are your friends ages and they’re friends. And if you do live there, send your boys to TA. For some reason the community hasn’t really taken off.

I hear that Bonnie Ridge apartments (not called that since Kushner bought it) have alot of frum people moving in and they’re building a shul there. Don’t know about prices but it might be growing.

Are your kids school age? What schools will they go to? That could be a big decision in where you want to live. Will they take the bus?

The eruv is quite large and you’ll be able to find something in it for most prices. Make a list of what you’d like and hopefully we’ll be able to find you a nice place!

If you’re looking to buy, this one just came on the market:

It’s going to get snatched up quickly. If you have little kids there are lots of little kids on the block and neighboring streets.
Shevy Ashman is a realtor I’d recommend reaching out to. She’s very friendly and relatable and is good at understanding what you’re looking for. I’m sure you can google her contact info.
